Platform

Everything a defect-tracking workflow needs — nothing it doesn't

Built around how QA teams actually work: report, reproduce, resolve, and report back — project by project.

Live Dashboard & Analytics

Status breakdown donut, day-wise closed-bug trend, and per-project stat cards — filterable by project, updated in real time.

Fast, Stable Bugs Grid

Search-as-you-type, sortable columns, and fixed-width paging with First/Previous/Next/Last — buttons never shift as you page.

Guarded Add / Edit Workflow

Every tracking-sheet field in one modal. Once created, Project and Test-Case ID lock — enforced client-side and server-side.

Repro Steps & Resolution Log

A running, timestamped history per bug — testers attach repro screenshots, developers attach resolution evidence.

Groups & Project Access

Grant a group visibility into specific projects only. Disable a project and it — and its bugs — vanish everywhere, for everyone.

Excel Import — Admin Controlled

Bring in existing tracking sheets with column auto-mapping and status mapping. Import access is restricted to Admins only.

Corporate SSO (OAuth)

Google, Microsoft/Azure AD, AWS Cognito, and Zoho — Admin-configured, tested, and validated before any user sees the button.

One Corporate ID, One App ID

First sign-in links a corporate account to an existing App ID with a password check — after that, one click, every time.

Project-wise Summary Reporting

Totals, per-status counts, and closed-percentage bars for every project side by side — export-ready at a glance.

Security-first · Enterprise SSO

Corporate login, on the Admin's terms — never the user's.

Nothing about Bug Tracker's SSO is self-service on day one. Users are provisioned by an Admin first, assigned to the right groups, and only then does Corporate Login become an option — and only for providers the Admin has proven actually work.

  • 1
Admin configures the providerClient ID / Secret and any extra fields (Tenant ID, Cognito domain, Zoho region) — one shared callback URL, no query string, works with every provider including Zoho.
  • 2
Test Connection — before it ever goes liveA real sign-in round trip against the provider. Nothing appears as a login option until this passes.
  • 3
First corporate sign-in links, it doesn't createThe user authenticates with their corporate account, then confirms their existing App ID + password once.
  • 4
Every login after that is one clickOr a user can self-link additional providers anytime from Linked Accounts — no password needed, session does the work.
